Congress Achievements - Corruption in Every Day Life
Recently it was exposed, how we are paying 1200/- for a LPG Gas cylinder for which actual cost is 100/- As natural gas which is national asset, only price which govt is suppose to charge is cost of excavation from earth.
Now government with it's policy is inflating price of natural gas. They have inflated it's price multiple times. A great scam as we know. Now simultaneously they runs other scam named subsidy. They claims to give limited subsidy of 750/- on certain number is LPG cylinders we use. This is also a scam as we are giving them money for our development & they are spending money show expense as social welfare, though it is not required if they puts their policy right. Who know how much money goes to whom for subsidy. How they calculates how much subsidy to be given to whom. Are those people actual or bogus.
That's corruption at higher level. Now let's get down to lower level. Person sitting at "TOP" already have their share, now what? Will a common man get this good at this cost?
Not actually, now other "PEOPLE REPRESENTATIVES" wants their payment as "CARE TAKER". They gets LPG agency in their family members name. They pays "MIDDLE LEVEL" to facilitate them to earn.
My Latest Real Life Experience with corruption
Me -a Common man wants to get a gas connection, I lives in Faridabad, Sector 23. I visited Bharat Gas agency Sanjay Colony to book a connection in Nov 2013, they said you can apply online, but you will have your number in 5-6 months. I said what ridiculous - I need to wait for some thing I have to pay? Why? are their not enough industrialist in India to be able to produce enough cylinders or we are going to increase production from Gas Wells in 6 months.
Silly it sounded, I though I am educated person, Why not look online and check as govt is saying they are providing everything online (Doing scam for spending public money on e-governance).
That was my tryst with "MIDDLE LEVEL". I logged on Indane website. I was very hopeful to see that we have option of choosing our Gas agency and at reasonable cost, things were getting done. Great!!!. I said to myself - LOOK!! THINGS ARE NOT THAT BAD. But later I learnt that website and all that stuff is just show piece.
"PEOPLE's REPRESENTATIVES" has not got LPG agency for charity. If people can apply online, choose their agency, then how they will earn. I applied on http://indane.co.in/new_connection.php after filling form it assured me I will get a link in my mail, through which I need to varify my mail id within 48 hours. That high-tech stuff you know, a regular feature for subscribing anything. But mail was never delivered. After 48 hours I applied again with my other mobile number etc but again mail did't came. Frustrated with it I tried to find mail id in website through which I could complaint them, but unfortunately they have not provided mail id, they have kept a feedback form for it at http://indane.co.in/feedback.php. The reason is obvious "MIDDLE LEVEL" like "TOP LEVEL" don't want to leave any proof of complaint. Any ways' frustrated, but I left complete feed back.
Later I learnt "MIDDLE LEVEL" don't want to interfere for what is happening at "GROUND LEVEL". I waited for around 1 month after applying multiple times & giving feedback. But as "MIDDLE LEVEL" also has got his share, I decided to try myself in Dec 2013.
I visited KD Enterprises in NIT - 1, Faridabad. They asked me to visit Next month as they were not booking new connection in that month. Now that was little hopeful. Wait time was only 1 month. That is ok!!!!. I visited them in Jan 2014, they gave same reply -Come Next Month. I asked them formalities they said they will tell only when they are taking new booking. OK I said!!! & I visited them last week in Feb 2014, they gave me same reply. When I started to question what is reason for this,,,,,,,,, etc etc they lady said which area you leaves in? I replied Sector 23 - She said we are not serving you area!!!!
Shocked!!!
But "MIDDLE MEN - INDANE" does not says any such thing on their website!!! Left at mercy of to face corruption!!! After having it's share. Ok I said!!! left their office in anger, I will get it from other agency.
Today morning 25th Feb 2014, I visited 2 of their agencies 1. Bindu (Jawahar colony - Air-force Road) & 2. Prathana Enterprise (Jawahar colony - Airforce Road), After visiting these 2 agencies I realies there is no use of playing with them. Match is fixed, Umpire is with them and Committee to make rules is also with them.
1. Said they are not booking connection this month, need to visit in May 2014. Price of booking is 4500/-. On portal security amount is showing 1450/-. When I asked him why! there was not satisfavtory answer.
But I get clear answer on my visit to Prathana Enterprises which is very near to 1st agency. They said they are charging more amount because they will be giving Gas stove with it which costs around 2000/-. And that gas stove was not worth more then 500/- if you go in retail market. Though it is written on wall where person is sitting "You can choose to take Gas stove with us, but it is not mandatory".
I asked this fellow what If I don't buys Gas stove from you and only books connection with us? He said " Tab aapka number 5-6 months main shayad aayega". I said why? He said "Bina isskay Dilli say aayega aapka connection, time lagega"
It became very clear to me, MATCH IS FIXED!!!!!
It is not matter of paying 2000/- or 2500/- extra, if some one has emergency they manages more money also. Here thing is till how long we will continue to pay 10 rupees for 1 rupees stuff!!!
